Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Division
The Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware (PenDel) Division was formed sometime after 1956. This division is located within the Eastern Territory. Since its creation, the Pen Argyl and Shamokin corps have closed. Colonel Wallace C Conrath was a divisional commander here sometime between 1986 and 1993.
