Albin Peyron Hurt in Paris; Salvation Army Commissioner is to Undergo Leg Amputation
PARIS, Sept. 5.-Albin Peyron, Salvation Army commissioner in France, was seriously injured when he fell from and was dragged by a street car in Paris today. At the hospital it was said that it would be necessary for him to undergo the amputation of one leg tomorrow. Mr. Peyron was active in the Salvation Army during and since the war. It was he who received the Salvation Army and war veteran visitors when the American Legion convention was held in Paris.
