Herbert Booth
Commandant Herbert Henry Howard Booth was the third son of William and Catherine Booth. He oversaw the Limelight Department's development and was the writer and director for Soldiers of the Cross. He left the Salvation Army in 1902 after strained relations with his father and brother, Bramwell Booth.
