The terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 resulted in a great loss of human life in New York City, New York, USA. The Salvation Army responded to the recover effort through the Emergency Disaster Services. It was often touted by those at the East Stroudsburg Corp that Bob Gueiss was the first first responder on scene.
