Charlotte K. Coles entered heaven on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. Her journey through this life began on July 19, 1934 in Providence, R.I. Charlotte was married on August 2, 1951 to Charles H. Coles of Philadelphia. PA.
Along with her husband, Charlotte graduated June 1955 from The Salvation Army School for Officers' Training in Bronx, NY. Charlotte was also a 1991 graduate of Elizabethtown College earning a B.A. in Professional Studies. The couple served together as Salvation Army officers until their retirement in June 1994. During their active service, the Coles served in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Kentucky. At the time of retirement, Charlotte had attained the rank of Major. Since retirement the couple has resided in Beach Haven West, Manahawkin, NJ.
