+Commissioner Arthur Pitcher was promoted to glory on January 28th, 2011 in his 94th year. Arthur was born in Winterton, Newfoundland and spent his life in teaching, preaching and administration in The Salvation Army. He was the Territorial commander for Canada and the Bermuda Territory of The Salvation Army from 1982 to 1984.
